CAmpaign Spotlight:
For CinemaCon 2024, I spearheaded Boxoffice's presence, managing booth design, email and social media communications, and event logistics. From crafting eye-catching motion graphics to coordinating catering services for the Boxoffice Cocktail Party, I ensured every detail contributed to an impactful and cost-efficient experience at the industry's premier event.
CINEMACON 2024:
booth design & setup
A fresh, modern design, enhanced accessibility, and nearly 50% in cost savings compared to CinemaCon 2023—setting a new standard for Boxoffice.
Building on past insights shared by team members, I developed a design strategy for the booth and curated swag/branded materials tailored to align with their priorities and enhance overall engagement.
CONCEPT
Knowing the booth's dimensions of 8 x 20 feet, I proactively used Blender to create a precise 3D model to scale. This approach allowed me to optimize costs and the layout by removing unnecessary furniture and designing more accessible spaces, ensuring a better experience for visitors.
PLANNING
I pre-ordered all the furniture, lighting, and swag/branded materials in advance. Upon arrival, I efficiently assembled the booth and loaded videos onto the TVs to ensure it was fully set up and ready to impress on the first day of the conference.

Email MArketing
I manage all aspects of email marketing communications, from strategy to execution, leveraging Hubspot as our CRM for audience segmentation and performance tracking. I design visually engaging emails using Figma, ensuring on-brand graphics and layouts that enhance readability and drive engagement. Additionally, I analyze campaign metrics to optimize future communications, focusing on improving open rates, click-through rates, and overall audience engagement
Social Media MARketing
I’m always looking for ways to keep our social media fresh and engaging while staying true to our brand. I’ve introduced new types of posts, like monthly LinkedIn polls asking people which movie they’re most excited to see. These have been a hit amongst new and established audiences! I also focus on connecting with our community of theaters and cinemas, creating posts that encourage real interaction and conversation, and showing the brand’s appreciation for the act of movie-going and exhibition.
I work across platforms like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, experimenting with new designs and formats to keep things modern and eye-catching. It’s all about finding that balance between staying consistent with the brand and exploring new ideas to boost engagement. I love seeing the results of these efforts, whether it’s a spike in impressions, shares, or thoughtful comments/ideas from our audience!
